Martin (Marty) started his career in the corporate arena where he held senior management positions ending as the Canadian president of a publicly traded, multi-national corporation.Throughout his corporate career, Marty specialized in business transformations, strategic development and cultural shifts within global organizations. His roles have included sales, operational and financial responsibility in North America, Europe, the Middle East and Latin America.

His passion for working with entrepreneurs and startups led him to his current role as Managing Director of Kilbride Partners where recent projects have included restructuring, turn-arounds, strategic direction, new product development and mentoring in both an advisory and hands on capacity. Seasoned in private equity, Marty has also brokered a number of private business acquisitions and divestitures.

He has served on the board of directors of Ingersoll-Rand Canada and its various subsidiaries, and acts as an advisory board member for a number of privately-held small businesses and charitable organizations. He most recently accepted the role of vice-chair of the Residency Advisory Committee for BioLinc, a biosciences business incubator operated by the Goodman School of Business at Brock University.

Marty received his Masters of Arts - Judicial Administration, and a Bachelor of Administration with Honours from Brock University.
